Many people, including many Christians, are in bondage. They are under constant attack from the forces of evil and do not
know how to escape. The problem is a spiritual one and must be fought on spiritual ground. My hope and prayer is that this
section will help you in that war.
For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for
the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down
imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity
to the obedience of Christ.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5
When we believe the truth in God's Word we find release from
the curses on us. We have a peace, joy, satisfaction and hope that cannot be experienced by those who do not believe. God's
Word is truth, so please believe these promises and find the relief you need.
If we will give our life to Jesus,
He will take care of all our problems. But we must ask in faith without doubting for when we doubt we are like a wave of the
sea driven in all directions and tossed about. The person who doubts has a mind that is of two opinions and therefore he is
unstable in all his ways. (See James 1:6-8)
Through faith all my needs are supplied.
My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. Psalm 23:1
Through faith I have no fears.
For God didn't give us
a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7
Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom
shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1
Through faith satan is defeated
by Christ dwelling in me.
You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is
in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4
Now thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ. 2
Through faith I have access to the wisdom of God.
But if any of you lacks wisdom,
let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5
faith I have no worries.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due
time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
Why are you anxious about clothing?
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in
all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow
is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Matthew 6:28-30
Through faith I am
not condemned therefore my guilt feelings are gone.
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ
Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus
made me free from the law of sin and of death. Romans 8:1-2
Through faith I am not lonely.
Behold, I am
with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20
I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way
forsake you. Hebrews 13:5
Through faith I do not have bad luck or good luck for God guides my steps.
man's heart plans his course, But Yahweh directs his steps. Proverbs 16:9
Through faith I am content with my life
as it is now.
Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, "I will
in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." So that with good courage we say, "The Lord is my helper.
I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:5-6
But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we
brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content
with that. 1 Timothy 6:6-8
Through faith in Christ I conqueror all the troubles I may pass through.
in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life,
nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created
thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:31-39
told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the
world. John 16:33
Through faith I rejoice when I am persecuted for Christ's sake.
"Blessed are you
when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly
glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew
"The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective."
It is important to pray in the right way. We must not pray for revenge on a person who has harmed us
for Jesus teaches that we are to bless those who persecute us. Nor are we to pray for God to bless us in a way that will do
harm to others.
"Bless those who persecute you;
bless, and don't curse.
Rejoice with those who rejoice.
Weep with those

Don't be wise in your own conceits.
Repay no one evil for evil.
Respect what is honorable in the sight
of all men.
If it is possible, as much as it is up to you,
be at peace with all men.
Don't seek revenge yourselves,
but give place to God's wrath.
For it is written,
"Vengeance belongs to me;
I will repay,

If he is thirsty, give him a drink.
For in doing so, you will heap

Don't be overcome by evil,
evil with good."
